Pre-orders for the Haljo Collection will start shipping from 27nd July 2020.

Please note, if you purchase any additional items with your pre-order, they will ship together. Your entire order will be shipped once your pre-order has been produced. We are constantly trying to reduce our carbon footprint (as well as yours), which is why we cannot split any additional items into separate parcels, in an effort to limit shipping emissions.

Pre-Order: These are items that are not currently in stock, however they are available to purchase in advance. As we will be producing these items for you, in the size you require, payment will be taken in advance. Please note that any pre-ordered item will be processed on and start being shipped on the 16th July, once production is completed.

Please understand that product availability is not guaranteed, as production can be subject to external factors that may be outside of MERCH.BIO’s control. In this unlikely case, you will, of course, be refunded.

As mentioned above, payment will be taken upon placing the order. The items will then be processed for delivery once the pre-ordered product has arrived at our warehouse facilities.

Please note, we cannot amend size or color once your order has been placed due to the system we currently have in place. As a start-up, we are still developing our systems and working harder every day to improve them. We would recommend placing a second order and cancelling the order that is incorrect within 3 days maximum.

You cannot cancel your pre-orders once payment is processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping destination country due to our current systems.

Please note, we can only accept returns via the provided returns label. This label will only work from the country the goods were originally sent from. Returns sent via other methods are not accepted and please be aware that the customer is liable for the cost and delivery of this parcel.

Please note that there is no waitlist. All pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis, and MERCH.BIO is unable to hold or reserve items.

You cannot change the delivery address of your order shipment once you placed your order otherwise we will also require proof of address to be able to change the address on your order for security reasons.

As these items have not been produced yet, we endeavour to achieve as close a shade as possible to the previous color. However, please understand that color shades in this range may vary due to the natural origin of the dyes. Please note that we show digital mockups featuring digital colors for our virtual inventory, real textile colors may be slightly different from the graphics showed.
